What would you say to an...

...all black Xbox 360 with a 260Gb HDD, HD-DVD drive, HDMI and a PVR-esque funtion using DirecTV through Xbox Live, ...for $600?! The whole TiVo/PVR funtion using DirecTV through Xbox Live i mentioned in January this year and the only person to take ANY notice was Adam. We' ve long speculated that Microsoft would put together a system to rival the higher end PS3 and this " rumour" can be found in the most recent edition of OXM. Personally i have always found the idea of having a PVR function really exciting and it' d only be one step further to letting you record your own game footage and transfer it to your PC. What you you guys think?

Nah. I think MS is mad they realized they could' ve priced the 360 $100 higher and still be competitive with sony' s price, now they want to release trash like this.

I doubt this will happen, as it would destroy the image that they are cheeper and it would make the current Premium bundle look second-rate.

sounds very unlikely - especially after their PGR3+XBL and points bundles.

Hitman serie looks cool, but i always end up uninstalling it after an hour or two.

I think they' re very difficult. The first time I played Hitman I was shocked to see that running and gunning didn' t work. I had to rethink all my past game strategies and learn the games pace. That' s pretty cool.

I heard that its easiest to go berserk and just shoot everything in your way, instead of playing stealthy.

For that kinda 360, I' d love it. If they do by chance make it, I' ll offload my current 360 to my bugging girlfriend then pick one those up thus pissing her off again. As for Hitman. Great game was very enjoyable especially if you play it as it should be played, but its also great that they give you the option to go apeshit wild. The end credits were fuckn awsome and very unexpected... ... As for future IO projects, be sure to read some of those between mission newspaper snippets to get a few clues. Better yet go read the preview up on IGN or pick up Gameinformer and read up on Kane and Lynch. It' s defin Ately an interesting game.

It' d be great if I didn' t look at it realistically. I' d have to shell out another 300 (assuming I' m trading in my current 360) and total, Id' ve payed roughly 1400 for premium kits for every major next gen console, which is something I' d rather not do. I' d love PVR to come standard on any console, but I really don' t want to pay the extra 200 for a whole new rig. As for Hitman. Great game was very enjoyable especially if you play it as it should be played, but its also great that they give you the option to go apeshit wild. The end credits were fuckn awsome and very unexpected... ... I like the story, and the gameplay looks good in trailers and that, but blood money' s camera drive' s me nuts. You get in anywhere smaller than a warehouse, and it goes nuts. Not to mention enemy AI is a little lacking.

I already have a Premium 360 and I feel as though I got a good deal. I don' t need or want a 600 dollar 360. Even if I didn' t have one I would still want the premium unless yours has a gold DVD tray.
