Yeah - that' s the real issue every Nintendo system after SNES had.

It' s doing much better now than N64 or GCN did before launch though - MUCH MUCH better.(it' s priced as a secondary system,development is 1/4-1/2 of competitors developement cost,it' s very different and it has a lot of 3rd party exclusives and almost no direct ports whatsoever)

...that' s exactly why i reckon MS are gonna be in trouble.... ...it was VERY close between nintendo and Microsoft during the earlier phase of last gen... ..but now with all the attention and apparently greater developer support, nintendo could be right up there.... ..and if they are, there are going to seriously hamper MS hopes of stealing some of Sony' s userbase....

....why?...

Bishonen - I think that MS could get a lot of Sony' s customers if they play it right (especially if PS3 will experience the same shortages as 360 have - cause this time 360 will have GoW and other great games that are hard to resist).

No ,it' s not me going fanboy here , it' s the power of this brand.This game will be selling Wii systems even in 2008.

Wii' s launch titles seem so cool, that it should be almost as strong on it' s launch day as 360 is today.

PS3 will lack great titles (unless some announcements are on the way) , but it will sell just as good - again the BRAND.You can also play Okami,FF12 and Yakuza on it in 1080p (or 720p - they didn' t say exactly) - which is always a good thing.

...yeah, that' s what i mean....

....The Nintendo brand is going from strength to strength right now.. ...especially in more mainstream circles, and if Nintendo are on course to do really well this gen with the Wii, it will be Nintendo and not Microsoft who make inroads on Sony' s usebase....
