Another thing worth mentioning - Zelda for Wii will be playable on Wiimote only - no GCN controller.The GCN version is playable on Wii with GCN controller.Quite obvious , but it' s a news story and it' a about Zelda :)

Thats so cheap. It' s almost an impulse buy.

it really is cheap and at the same time it has extremely strong launch titles.
It' s almost as strong as releasing 360 with halo 3 would be.

Its like a really cool DVD player that playes Nintendos newest (and older) games. I' m glad my brother is getting one for Christmas.

I dont think its going to hurt the sales of PS3 or 360, i think a lof of people will buy both.

with that price it won' t hurt sales of anything - it will help selling itself though.Why not get a nice and revolutionary system with great games for such a small price even if you have both 360 and ps3 already?

the only way it could hurt 360 or ps3 sales is if it turns out to be more fun them those two.And that' s in a long term, not just in it' s first week.

I agree with Vx here - even more people will go mutlisystem this generation cause there are at least 2 systems that you simply have to own as a gamer - Wii and one of the HD consoles.And for the first time ever Nintendo has priced itself as a secondary system.

To be honest with you guys last gen even though I had 2 systems I only really played one. And this gen I have the 360 already and don' t plan on trading it in yet I would like to have all three but want things to look neat there' s enough wires everywhere. So I was thinking of which I would get next and have already saved up. I' m thinking ps3 but i' m thiking about the games in the long run. I' m thinking wii but but i' m worried about it ending up like my gamecube did so i' m still undecided.

I don' t like having all systems at the same time so I play them all one by one untill I' m completely done with them (I' m nearly done with my last system for this gen - PS2) :)

I hate having all the systems infact iv' e never had all of them under one roof iv' e always had one to start off with. Then try one at a friends house and the other at another to try and decide which two will give me the most gameplay and best games.

I like having atleast two consoles and one handheld, so i can have the best games. :P and i avoid buying sony stuff because they suck! (yeah i am older than 12, just not right now)

See iv' e always kinda though the same when it came to their consoles but to be honest I do wanna play vf5 however the wii has zelda so I can hope that vf5 is just a time exclusive.....

True maybe i' m just searching deep within to try find a reason to get the ps3 but a lot of people I know keep telling me how great of a fighting series it is (iv' e never played tekken and a little of vf) so thats probably whats intriguing me.

Yea thats why I said i' m hoping it' s just a time exclusive because I am quite interested in paying it but not sure I wanna end up just having one game I like on a system i' m not sure of *fingers crossed*.

you' ve gotta get those crinkly plastic tubes used to condense wires in office buildings. I use them, and now I have 2 inch & 1/2 wide tubes with cables for my 360, cube, and ps2, instead of seven or more cables criss-crossing and making an enormous cable forest under my desk.

I remember that too. I trust most of the people at Kikizo, so I expect to see a 360 version a little while after the ps3 launch. It' s a good game, but in the end, I wouldn' t buy a console for it. When you get right down to it, VF is just a really good series of fighting games, and not much else. It kinda gets old after a while.

VF5 ...this is the only game that makes me think about PS3 ...this and MGS4

Seems to me like you haven' t really played them - I mean you haven' t played them like they should be played.VF5 is 10 times deeper than anything bethesda and Bioware could come up with in joint effort and 10 years developement deadline.

It' s the reason why it' s so fulfilling for players.

When you have opponents that invest as much time as you did , know most of the techniques and tricks - can put up a good fight in other words
- that' s when you spend hours in PRACTICE MODE , you become better , you don' tr want to play anything else and when your friends come , you have at least 50 fights , you' re sweating and your hands are shaking in the end.It' s no DoA or SoulCalibur (both are cool mind you) - here you need to train a lot to be a worthy opponent and it is extremely satisfying.It' s like a game of chess - this shit will never get old and you can play it every day and as long as you like - you just need to have good opponents

yeah it' s coming out the day after Shenmue trilogy hits the stores - just like KIKIZO told us :) - there were so many " NO because our fanbase is on the PS3 and X360 isn' t selling in Japan" and " we' re doing it for the PS3 because they also use nVidia" from SEGA people, that it seems very unlikely.

I had all three last Gen. I won' t do that again though, too expensive. From now on its one console and a high end PC, and maybe a second console after prce drops.

I would never have enough time to play 3 different consoles and my PC so its quite obvious that i will only buy a Wii. Affordable with a new way to play games it fills the bill quite nicely for me. For graphics PCs will always be the one, I' ll build a new one in a year or so time so it will always be a cut above the consoles (like i did for the previous gen).

Vf never appealed to me, I never particularly liked it.

I was never intended in having every console, my ps2 kept me happy for years, but within the last year, I just started to fill the gap. I picked up a used GCN for the exclusives. And I finally caved on my ps3 plan, and bought a 360 this week, so If you count the 360' s Xbox emulation as a console, I' ve got everything..
