3DO had crappy specs, even for it' s time. It was completely owned by the Saturn in about 6 months.

Actually from checking out the US sales charts, the Xbox hardware is only a little over 1 million units ahead of the GameCube. That' s pretty close to me. And their average console sales aren' t that far apart neither.

What numbers are you going by? If you go by Nintendo' s, its not that different, if you go by Microsoft' s there is a huge gap. But even by the national sales thing ran by the gov., the xbox is a few million ahead in sales. Also, you may be looking at systems shipped, not sold, and systems shipped should be really close. Now, having said that, if you read my last post I listed a strength (and an important one at that) for the GC, but it is clear that the starter seems to want an XBox or a PS2 comparison. (not sure why, but seems to need help with a purchase decision) I personaly recommend getting as many of them as you can afford, even though I may be a little biased as I am a huge FPS and online fan, but I won' t just say XBox for that reason, as I know different people prefer different genres. Having said that, which ever one gets a good US rugby game will be my fave, LOL.
