Something in place of the right analog... can' t think what they could possibly do really... hope it turns out good, what with all the fps games on 360.

Like a mouse and keyboard? I don' t see why microsoft doesn' t give us a mouse and keyboard to play on. It' s worked for years, why not now? I don' t even care if they made a 360 exclusive keyboard. I' d buy it.

WAsn' t Peter Moore talking about a controller for kids?
That isn' t as complicated.
Might be that one...
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs!
What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

I' ve just read it on IGN - seems very interesting.I guess MS wants to innovate too :)

It could be some awesome new way to play FPS games (and it definitely is the most popular genre right now)

They should up the sensitivity bye one million, and offer people cybernetic thumbs to control it :)

Erm.... Yuk?

Just kidding, I know what you mean Byakko, I hate taking my pads to Lan parties,
they always come back with serious stains which I have to clean up. My pads
don' t usually get dirty but after a LAN party, when a pad has been passed between
so many people, it' s guranteed to come back messy.

I think they should include something into which u can stick in ur thumb and move it around to aim .. that would give greater control over aimin ..

IGN has some nice photos of a never-released pad with a trackball instead of one analog - they say the precision was awesome and that it worked perfectly.I think that would be the case - that or cybernetic thumbs...

I' ve never been a big fan of trackballs, If only because I' m rather aggressive with my thumbsticks, and end up overextending every motion with trackballs. I' m honestly pretty happy with the controller they' ve got now. I think if they could get rid of that " dead space" when the thumbstick is being moved in no real direction, that' d be all they' d need to win me over.

I' ve seen a controller that had trackballs instead of joysticks. It would be better, I' ve used a trackball where you only use your right thumb before and it was pretty good, of course mouse is supperior though. I suppose they would use a laser or maybe just optical to track it. I think it would make the controller a lot more expensive but hardcore FPS players would definetly buy it.

I manage to keep the controller sweat-less but when people come over to use it I really get annoyed because I have to clean off their dirt from my controller which ain' t easy unless I take it apart.

This will probably be the oddest advice... But, if you use the bottom of a tube of
toothe past to get to the real intricate parts of the controller, you' ll clean it well..

No, I have no idea how I figured that out...
