Lol why is it shown in china?
Thought they hated Japan.

China has the largest or one of the largest online communities so Sega is investing a lot in shenmue online for that. Also, shenmue story is in china and you can costumize your character so they don´t need to play as Ryo the japanese guy but maybe as Gui Zhang.

Some of my chinese friends say they don´t like japanese but they have many japanese friends, they live in japan and they like japanese way of life.

wouldnt this be all about Shenmue online and not a S3 talk?

Still, anything on Shenmue is fablous news.

The chinese are dirty. They spit everywhere. And they' re not very polite either. Lots of bad language. Thank God (Kami) for the civilised japanese people.

you are very brave ginjirou, worthy of praise almost!

I' m gutted, my Jap DC wont play the PAL versions of shenmue 1&2 I have.

Without going into detail, will the NTSC US versions have more chance of success?

I want to play them all through in time for the next shenmue news announcement!

Not a hope.

There is a reason why there are region locks.

But, good news for you the Dreamcast was very easily modded, with disc loaders and the like to load your Pal games on your Jap system.

Alltough its odd to do it the other way around [Jap to Pal, instead of Pal to Jap]

And if you cannot get one of those, Just buy a Pal Dreamcast, they go for pennies nowdays. Check ebay!
