Unlucky for Nintendo!

As it stands, Gamestation have already got some in stock ready to be sold (to the people who have pre-ordered them) and some import shops have been selling the Enamel Blue and White models here since they were released in Japan.

Luckily for me i' m getting a Black launch unit and the new Mario Bros!

Lol, those things are already on the streets of Hong Kong by now. Knowing their stolen will just make them more valuable there.

Wow, I' d never heard of a shipment of game consoles getting high-jacked before. I guess that video games can truly state that they are a popular media now.

I can imagine Thompson using this, " See! Video games make you steal as well! The DS (and, of course, the video game industry in general) is EVIL!"

I couldn' t begin to tell you the amount of man hours I have lost to them.

Shocking, shocking....

The amount of college I used to miss as well because of them. The amount of
sickies I have pulled because of them. The amount of money I have used
because of them.

However....

It' s a welcome evil, and as long as it affects only me.... I don' t mind, I' ll keep
my shenanigans behind closed doors.

On topic: Bummer.... all those DS lites..

The DS lite is not THAT much smaller, but it' s smaller nonetheless. A bit like
a diet coke, people buy it because it has the word " Diet" before it, when in
reality there isn' t much of a difference..

The DS Lite is much smaller, or rather thinner. But that doesn' t show in those pictures. All those pictures are taken from an above angle which doesn' t allow you to see the thickness.
Decreasing the size in width or length any more would not be good as the screens, interface or speakers would have to become smaller. The Lite is much thinner and fits your pocket much better. The shape is also more convenient.
Add to that the fact that the width and length has been made smaller and the overall size is significantly smaller.
Let' s not forget the brighter screens, the cooler design or the cooler colors.

Lol Tiz!

Same thing happened to me, flunked out of University because i played Civ almost 24/7 for several months (not that i mattered, hated Psych). I dare not play a Civ game ever again!

It was confirmed that none of those ds lites were black
all enamel white
