I don' t know if that makes Evil a graphic whore, its more like he has a standard. Image quality is not the same as graphics, once you see HD it is hard to go back to SD (actually I think ps2 is not sub SD). I have a hard time playing PS2 games as well, the jaggies are like shards of glass making my eyes bleed. I think it depends on the TV you use as well. I don' t consider myself a graphic whore but I like the production values to match the price I' m paying for a game, I won' t pay 70 bucks for a cheap game that costs only $200 000 to make.

After playing as many games as I have I think everyone puts gameplay and originality before anything else but at the same time I don' t think graphics or image quality need to be sacrificed for the price we pay.

I was giving an example of the difference between high and low resolutions, not comparing internet browsing to gaming, as they have nothing to do with eachother and arent even comparable you fucking idiot.

I think that as long as the content remains solid the resolution really doesn' t have any effect on the experience as a whole.
I' ve played PC games in HD for ages but I' ve never been bothered with the resolution my SDTV has when I play console games.
