If you want to, can you give your account to someone else? You know, the username and the password. Because if you can, then you can just sell your account the same way you sell games today.

I suppose you' re right, you can just sell the license for most games. It' s hardly as accepted as buying a used disc, but it may work just as well in the future. Only problem is with Steam, you' d want to keep your account for your other games/future purchases. Valve are some crafty folk that way, heh.

the problem with that option is, you either sell all games related to the account or nothing.

You could I suppose, but that' d just be annoying, not just because you' d have to make that many unique e-mail addresses too to link to each account.
