OMG I can' t believe you' re bringing this into the argument. This is what MS sent out after Sony bull shitted everyone at E3 2005. This is as much BS as Sonys CGI movies. IGN offered no opinion on the matter when this was released they mearly showed exactely what MS gave them. Never trust anything Sony or MS say about hardware superiority, because both of them are fucking liars.

If by " Sony buttkissers" you' re partially refering to me I would have you know that I' m a proud owner of a 360 and don' t even intend on buying a BStation 3.

As for how they compare hardware wise I personally think they will perform on a very even playing field. The 360 is a lot more flexible and easier to push to its limits while the ps3 has a beefier cpu. The biggest differences in terms of development are the fact that the 360 is easier/cheaper to develope for while the ps3 has a higher disc capacity, as DVDs might be limiting for some games.

My advice is to get the console with you favorite exclusives. Don' t get lost in techno babble, life is too short.

IGN isn' t quite as bad as say, 1Up.com.
