Ryu Hayabusa vs. Hayate - May 18, 2006 00:32
Based on both their skills (including Hayabusa' s in Ninja Gaiden)
Who would win in your opinion?

Why do people keep posting versus threads?!

What the hell, ...i think Hayate is a bitch so i would say Hayabusa would destroy him. But the thing is -- Hayabusa is obviously going to get the majority of votes seeing as Ninja Gaiden and every other Team Ninja developed game are extremely popular here, so it' s not a fair match up to start off with.

However, if you said " Hayabusa vs Kage" you' d probably get a much better result and a much more varied response as Virtua Fighter is really popular here too.

That' s just like you Majik, always there with a fairer match up. (Honestly speaking)

I wanted to know non-fanboyish opinions that' s all.

But you' re probably right, I should stop posting vs. threads.

HAYABUSA WINS!!!

Hands down, it was always gonna happen, now they should put Hayate in Ninja
Gaiden 2, so we can make it real. Hehehe..

Edit: Now someone close this thread..

Personally im a Hayate person, but they are equally cool, but hayabusha does have some points being in NG and all.

Really though, there is only one way to settle it! On Xbox Live!

Y' know, that' s not a bad idea! It could even have a sub-plot concerning the period of time when he lost his memory! Of course, it would have to have some way of making him fight alone, considering he is the leader of the clan!

Hayabusa is not really a ninja, but more a warrior.

Stealth? How many times has Hayabusa been stealthed in Ninja Gaiden and
in all DOA' s?

Any1 remember DOA 2 when Kasumi was sitting in the guarden, Ryu had the
higher ground and a perfect vantage point to stealth but chose to shout?!

I suppose that' s his trademark... The shouting ninja..

Whilst Hayate is quieter he is worse than Hayabusa, more for the fact that
whilst Hayabusa is tearing through, Hayate will be alot more cautious about
where he treads; therefore falling victim to natural hazards like washing lines
and traffic lights.

Any1 noticed how Hayabusa' s profession is antiques dealer and Hayates is ninja,
but Hayabusa is the better ninja?

I would definitely hope they explore more of the ninja' s story, I really want to
fight and temporarily kill Hayate..

Kage will own Hayate, but he has yet to grow balls if he hasnt fought himself
twice!!!

So... until he does that, he can have a handbags at dawn practice with Hayate.

Edit: Hayabusa will be waiting for him at the top of the stairs...

The ones from Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls....
