I' m sorry,bit brute force never had the hype or graphic jaw dropping effect as Gears of war did,nor was it a famous company who did it like Epic.

However Epic SP game,kind of sucks tbh,but their MP games is worldf famous.

Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs!
What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

It was hyped , but no game was really hyped until Halo 2 - after this one , they' ve learnt it works.

The game (GoW) looks like it' s amazing , but to be honest, I' ve been disappointed way too often with MS games in the past to beilieve their hype again.Epic Games doesn' t have that good record either.

I know, i was really looking forward to it at one point. The final product sucked ass.

I think everyone hopes it won' t - I just hope people will admit it disappointed them if it will, cause I know some people here, that would easily give into the hype and blindly scream how cool it is.

Please Epic make it as cool as it seems.

I mentioned in the first post in this thread (dated 31st July) that there would be a Torque Bow and a cool looking sniper rifle in the game (as they wre described to me) and as you can see in the gameplay shots, i wasn' t making it up.

Gears will be the biggest title released this christmas. I mean, Dead Rising sold 500,000 copies in North America alone in it' s first two weeks, it hasn' t even been released in Europe yet. Imagine what kind of sales Gears is going to achieve.

I bet you COD 3 will sell more copies, considering its a multi platform release.

Dont be so sure! i bet atleast half of the installed Xbox 360 will get Gears of War, if not then 1/4, and still thats just aound 2 million! COD 3, will be on the PS3 Which wont have that many installed consoles yet, and loads of other titles to pick among, and press isnt too kind on it! and it has to release on the Xbox competing against GoW which has been massively hyped, also remember that CoD2 is still fresh in mind for most gamers, so the expirience of another WWII shooter wont be as attractive

It' s really weird sometimes I have bursts of goodness with that game where i' ll be really good but then play too long and I can' t be bothered anymore. Anyway I think it was on a week where I was pissed as in angry (I think I work better then) so thought i' d go and beat up some high rankers...but haven' t played for a while so probably crap again. And yea the same guy was talking about killzone but I didn' t know about the game so didn' t say anything. He also said something about gears having ' ' jaggies' ' thats when i stopped listening...

I played some of ninja gaiden but didn' t get black even though someone was telling me how good it is I kinda thought i' d leave it until ng2 came out.

NGB is the first expansion pack I have seen that got more than a 9 across the
board, in actual fact, it' s probably the only game on X-box that got higher than a 9
but not a 10 everywhere!

Seriously, play Ninja Gaiden Black, then everyother game is a walk in the park
and your parents lift your curfew.. (If Killzone 2 being in-game is anything to go by

Ninja Gaiden Black is exactly the same as Ninja Gaiden, it just has extra stuff. It' s more of a re-released, bulked up game than an expansion pack. Everything that was in Ninja Gaiden is in Ninja Gaiden Black so if you have Black you don' t need Ninja Gaiden.

So therefor I wouldn' t need to get ng just black?.

And it' s backward compatible right?...cos I haven' t been bothered to set up my original xbox and don' t think I will (not soon anyway).

After all of the updates most games run almost perfectly.

See HERE to check what issues games had/have and what issues have been fixed.

Ninja Gaiden/Black work 100% perfectly. It did have some slowdown at first but that' s been fixed for a couple of months now.

The only problem with NGBlack is their is a slight slowdown during CG sequences
however the rest of the game works perfectly..

Played on an HDTV/CRT/TFT/MONITOR, the game looks breathtaking..
