The rules are simple:

One person posts something to do to the next poster(metaphorically)
ie. Throws a punch at the next poster.

Then, the next poster responds with their reaction- ie. dodges the punch- and comes up with their own for the next person, such as " blows a kiss at the next poster" - and so on and so forth.

*Gives next poster a pie*
