Project Offset: True Next Gen Technology

Yes, I say you have heard of it before, if not, its beautifull. And I mean it, Better Than Unreal 3 engine, better than id' s Doom/quake engine. In fact its the most graphicaly stunning engine out there, go here to have a look the Vids

while its still very early code, its shows great promise. And the best part is, its being designed for low budget devolpers, easy to create and afforable.

There is also a game there too. A Fanstey fps, but to be honest, i am getting sick of fps and it dosent interest me too much, if they made it 3rd person though..
