xbox360 owners will be glad to know that Microsoft announced that you can connect to your msn messenger via xboxlive , nice add if you want to keep in touch with your friends while playing .

What? Show me more info on this. I remember seeing something about being able to send xbox live messages with MSN messenger.

Hey, I hope that is true. What' s up with these french sites getting all the news first now days?
Really my only complaints about the xbox 360 is that it needs an instant messenger and web browser.
C' mon, the dreamcast came with a web browser. I think they don' t do it because they are afraid it will open up some security holes.

well, as long as they can keep xboxlive secure, i dont mind. but i do not really need a browser for the 360. i' ve got a pc in the same room to browse the net with. but connection to msn messenger would indeed be great. especially if it can be used trough voice instead of only typing.

if you have windows xp media center edition and connect to it with your 360 you can use msn messenger. I never typed in my stuff though because I couldn' t figure out how to type with it! It wouldn' t let me use my keyboard when I had it connected to my 360. Which is really stupid because it lets me use it in the dashboard and in games.
