Yet another comment about the Revolution controller..
-
Aug 20, 2005 19:42
Gaming legend Peter Molyneux (From Lionhead) made a brief comment about Nintendo' s new enigmatic controller in the Leipzig Conference. This is what he said: " There is a line at the end of the book ' Game Over' and it is: ' Never underestimate Nintendo' . That is all I can say about the controller" . It seems Peter has had the VIP treatment. In other words, he most probably has seen Nintendo' s controller! I don' t know about you, but there go my worries about the controller...

It better be damn good for how much they' re hyping it up.

I' m fairly content with the current pads and just hope it' s nothing too silly, but still I am looking forward to seeing just what exactly it is. It better be good, because I would hate to miss out on a new console in the coming generation, just because I can' t stand the control method.

Its like halo 2 all over again... hype (check), fans (check), content (disapointing). As long as nintendo doesn' t over hype the gizmo, then things maybe alright, if gamers have this holy then thouness to this instrument... it might just be too dissapoint for the masses.
