I just realized how bad my posture is -- - Jul 31, 2005 15:59
when i' m sitting at my computer writing. I' m hunched over with my eyes scrolling the screen like I was partially blind. Hopefully hunching is good for the back.

Your screen resolution is set too high and therefore the text is too small, forcing you to move in closer to the screen.

My posture sucks also, my heads always facing down.
