From what I can gather from following the link DaRoosh, it is a story about a man(or woman) Who failed to install SP2 on his (or her) computer. As the splash title sais, this is " serious business" and he (or she) learns the folly of his (or her) ways. Thrilling really from start to finish. I really liked the bit about the state of the corporate citzenship at the end

Sorry guys, I didn' t know the link was screwed up. Basically, a guy from Toronto, Canada is performing a " one-man" theatre show of Star Wars. My sister saw him perform the Lord of the Rings and said he was amazing. Unfortunately, I can' t find the link anymore.
