In other related news, Eminem has also confirmed that he has a new movie currently in production, the movie will be titled, " 4 and a half miles" and will be a sequel to his original film, 8 Mile, which was released back in 2002. More on this news story at the top of the hour.

I spent most of the night at work listening to some Eninem.

Hopefully he' ll pick the mic back up in a couple years.

I honestly believe he won' t release another CD by himself, but I dont see him giving up rapping. Recall another rap legend " retired" (Jay-Z) and is still producing and making guest appearances on other rappers CDs, and with Dr Dre' s Detox album rumored to be in the works, its almost a guarentee to feature the likes of Eminem and Snoop. But all in all, the industry has lost one of the few creative and original ones left.

i hadn' t heard this before about Eminem not rapping anymore. I know he' s been moving more into producing beats for people, but this is news to me....Thanks for posting even if Im a little late....

i think Em will continue to be a good producer too. Following in the footsteps of Dr. Dre, he' s got the best mentor in the game....
