What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is........................I' ll tell you when I find out.

Ummmmm...........I dont read much books but outta the ones i' v read It' d be a tie between Ann Frank the diary of a youn girl and Night, both are about the concentration camps.

Fast Food America is the best book ever even though I still eat at Mc Donalds to this day.

touch one, but Elfstones of Shanarra, A Storm of Swords, Royal Assasin, and Wizard and Glass are right up there.

The stand is an absolute masterpiece. I was well and truly hooked, so much so that despite it having 1000 odd pages or so, I got through it in no time. I also thourgly enjoyed Cat and Mouse, which has one of the most shocking of twists I' ve seen in any form of entertainment.

Typically my book interests are rather boring (philosophy) so I' ll have to say a tie between " The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and " The Prince" by Machiavelli. Both are great looks into how to gain and/or maintain power.

I dont want to celebrate, I want to sell you hate.

I really don' t read...I avoid books like the plague. The only serious book that I' ve read since high school (5yrs ago) was Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy. Due to it' s contraversy over it' s material and why he had to goto the Supreme Court over it.

i really dont like ready books but my teacher makes me to get a good grade so i like the series of unfortante events:the reptile room

Stranger In a Strange Land. Mainly because it is all about being the best you can be then going and having orgires. And eveyone knows that orgies are cool.

You really should get into reading, kombatfighter. It broadens your imagination, and makes you a more curious person. Ah screw that, time for some PGR2!!

My favorite series of books is The Dark Tower by Stephen King. The problem is I only got up to the third book.

Yes, Wizard and Glass is certainly my favorite of the series. But I' m a glutton for back story, and this book has a tonne of it. MOst people I talk to agree though that the Wizard is one of the best. I urge you to no matter what go out and read it, in some ways the Dark Tower really only starts at the 4th book. After that, Wolves is Awsome, Song of Susahna is a bit of a let down, and then the big boy, the Dark Tower is again awsome.

i only have book 7 left to read and i am really anxious.....but i keep waiting until i have a bit more free time so i can read at lengths and not just little snippets here and there.
another favorite series of mine is george r. r. martins song of ice and fire series as well as greg keyes' kingdom of thorne and bone series....
ender' s game by orson scott card is another favorite of mine.

Haven' t read " Bush at War" but I have read " Small Shrub in a Mild Altercation"

My favorite book is Smack! I have no clue who wrote it, but it is a really good book.

Hitman by Lawrence Block - Its about more a Hitman (duh) but not as much about his kills (altho theres plenty) but more abotu his life and his wants and stuff.

Even the Wicked by Lawrence Block - A mystery novel about a detective on a case where theres a serial killer out killing those he thinks deserve to die.

The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler - Good great Noir.

Bone - The entire collection - Its actually a comic but its in a nice thick ass book form.

Sin City - Great comics

this present day. its kinda like brave new world. come to think of it, brave new world is my favorite book. and the movie had Leonard Nemoy. and if you dont know who that is, than i kinda feel sad for you.
