Gears of War - XBox 360

Has anyone read the preview of this game in the June issue of Game Informer? The " actual in-game screenshots" are amazing, the story line intriguing and both the single player and co-op modes are awesome. I can' t wait.

Yeah, it' s ingame. I' ve seen the realtime demos where the guys from epic are actually playing. That is indeed the real thing folks.

Don' t know why but I keep thinking of this game as a sequel to Gods of War, lol.

Very similar names. If you want a similar game though for next gen check out Heavenly Sword for the PS3. Even though it was a prerendered cinematic the game looked freaking awesome! It definately had the whole God Of War style of gameplay going for it. They showed one segment in the trailer where the main girl took on a whole freakin army busting out some insane moves. Can' t wait to get my hands on that game.
