Now someone needs to sue them for $110 million for having such a crappy d-pad, $50 million for having too many damn shoulder buttons, $600 million for only having 4 face buttons, $16 million for having an analog stick that is way too damn twitchy, and $900 billion for creating stupid crap like that AIBO robot dog!

Actually, the production and sale of Sony consoles has not stopped... As long as they are appealing the case, Sony can still sell their consoles.

ORIGINAL: Sixteen_Bit I agree, not sure if you heard this yet but they are supposedly pulling all information of the PS3 from this years E3..? Not from this year' s E3, from a private event that was expected to take place in Japan a few weeks before E3 - i.e. very soon. that event has been cancelled. It is still expected to debut in some form at E3.

Knowing sony they would probley find a way to worm out of it somehow. Possibley the Duel Shock 3 could ... er... i cant think of one, but sony will!
Change is inevitable. Except from a vending machine. Viva La Revolution! erm, I mean Viva La Wii!

Oh, I think 90 Million is a very hefty sum and it could be a very painfull loss for Sony.

I agree. Even a powerhouse like Sony will bruise from a $90 million loss. They are certainly not happy about that, however, the patent owners must be happy as can be.

Yeah...it would be nice to hold some shares in the patent owner' s company right about now. Does anyone think that Sony will re-work their controller? Or, do you think Sony will work out an agreement with the patent holder in time for the PS3 release?
