whilst at work...

what is the most non-work related thing you have done at work in recent memory??

....i work in a record store, and we have those gift cards that are like debit/credit cards where there is just and alotted amount of money on it and when it' s empty you just throw it away. we get some many of these on any given day because when they are empty people just leave them with us. so last night i spent a good chunk of the night collecting these cards from people as i rang them threw and not throwing them out. after i collected a pile of about 30 of them, i walked over to where we keep the garbage can, opened the door, stepped back about 6 feet and spent about 45 minutes trying to throw these cards in 1 by 1. whatever missed, i would pick up and try again. not to mention i did this right in plain view of all co-workers and customers....

Hid in the back and played PSP... Hell there were times I didn' t hide and still played PSP,lol..

I used to work for a little grocery store that didn' t get a lot of customers. The owners always wanted us to work, even if there was really nothing to do. I used to bring in books and read on a trashcan all the time. Nothing really too out there though...

I carved a Volcanoe with stairs up the side out of a styrofoam cooler on Friday. It' s sweet ass! I work in a parasitology lab. It was a slow day.

Worst: Slept in the backroom, while on the clock.

Most Often: Surf the net on my PC.
