Whoa, wait a friggin second, is StarFox: Assault out now???

The Gamefaqs GameCube page says the game is due out on the 14th but I just came from Hollywood Video and they had two StarFox: Assault game cases on their shelves. Both were already rented out but still threw me for a loop.. It' ll suck royally if the game is already out, LOL... Damm it not enough time to prepare. I was more prepared for the 14th!

I heard two release dates -- Feb 14 and 16th. If Hollywood Video has it out on their shelves it' s a mistake. Did you ask them?

Nah didn' t ask them. I was just surprised to see the game on the game shelf of the GameCube section right next to a single copy of Resident Evil 4. It appeared to be the actual game box and both copies seemed to be rented out already.

It' s true, the game is out, but ONLY for rent. It seems they want to lose a few sales by having people try the game first. Supposedly the game is stark-raving easy, but the music is great.

I remember a while back there was a game that was available for rent way before release. I believe it was Maximo, and blockbusted had it before the stores. One of the Indianna jones games did this too.

Well, the first reviews are in. IGN gave it a 7.0 out of 10. Not that hot a score I' ve yet to read the review myself, heading over to do that right now.
