Damn! RESIDENT EVIL 4 is friggin CRAZY!

This game totally rocks hard.. While it doesn' t really attempt to be scary in the traditional -- stuff jumping out of no where and scaring the crap out of you -- it' s still one intense game!!

The only flaw I' ve spotted in the game so far is that the villagers have WAY too many twins.. A little more variety in the villagers would have been nice!

I' m only 6 hours in right now and it' s pretty good. My friend is around 12 hours and he says it' s getting pretty hard now.

I' m a little over 4 hours in... at the part where I must choose a path to take (either left or right).

Hint: Once you get past the first couple of hours, stop shooting villagers in the head!

I chose the easier sounding path and took on the big man ;)

You gotta do both if you want all of the items.

That' s all right, I was low on health and decided to press on, lol.. I' m fighting the big chief himself now. He' s not so bad.

Why not just buy a Gamecube? I am from the UK and its frustrating to wait on this game, but at least its only March.

Although the Gamecube is pretty much dead/dying IMO, there are still a number of titles worth getting for it.

Anyway, you can get a new Gamecube from Argos now for only £40 (the price of a game). At that price how can anyone say its not worth it?

My brother is a die-hard xbox fan, but he is considering buying a GC just for this game -- that' s saying a lot!

This game kind of makes me regret trading in my Gamecube. Now I have to share my sister' s Gamecube, and I basically have no leverage to get her to let me play now, lol.

I have to beat Metroid Prime Echoes before I buy that and I' m 60% completed, and that games no cakewalk either. Has anyone here played both, and if so which is harder?

I have played both. I was about 10% complete in Metroid Prime 2 when my memory card was erased. I figured I would start playing RE4 since it was just released and I will go back to MP2 later. RE4 is harder because of the controls. There is no strafe in RE4. Sometimes when you are walking out of a house etc.. you cannot see but what is in front of you. It' s good for atmospheric effect but it makes the game harder. Plus you have to lug the Presidents wench daughter around with you after a while.

I finally finished Resident Evil 4 a while ago! That game is certainly the toughest in the series but also by far the best in the series. WHAT a ride!! Capcom did GameCube owners proud with this one!

I think it is easier than other Resident Evils simply because I can control RE4. Also, Code Veronica was insanely difficult. There was an area right after the very first save point that had a bunch of zombies in and area and you had to make it to the other side. I could never get past that on many tries, and that was right at the very beginning of the game! RE4 is tough (and gets tougher as you go on believe me) but at least I can control it.
