2nd X-Men Spin-Off: Magneto

Magneto, Ian McKellen' s consummate bad guy in the X-Men franchise, is getting a film of his own. Sheldon Turner has just been signed by 20th Century Fox to write a script for the action-thriller.

that' s cool. What was the first X-men spinoff movie?

The 1st one announced I shouldve said. Which will be coming out soon: Wolverine.

I read last week where Patrick Stewart said filming should start sometime this year on Xmen 3. He said the only actors that are definately coming back are him and Hugh Jackman. He also said they were waiting to see if Halle Barry is going to return as well, to either add more or take away from her character' s role in the movie. I' m looking forward to Xmen 3 but I think it could suck. They are kind of rushing it, and if it' s just a trilogy then it' s going to be hard to make a good Phoenix movie.

Also, I read somewhere that they are considering one series for Wolverine' s movie. It said they are talking about doing the one where he is in Japan, and fights against the Ninja or something...sounded interesting...

I wouldn' t mind if Halle Berry didn' t come back.. I wasn' t a fan of her. I' m glad to hear that Hugh Jackman is coming back. mmmmmmmmmm and of course Patrick Stewart, he' s awesome.
