Halo 3 News added!

To add what DaRoosh65 had to say about Halo 3 making its way on the X-Box 2,
Halo 3 is also supposed to come out the same day as Playstation 3.


Note: I said supposed, I read this info in a Game Informer magazine and I am not sure it is true, but it sure is hell better be.

Halo 2 is the best game on Microsoft' s X-Box console every.

Videogaming is the contemporary interactive pasttime.

That be a pretty good marketing move for MS and Bungie to get an upperhand over PS3. But it' d be just as good to make Halo3 a release date game. Either way Halo3 will help boost the Box, only bad thing they coudl do is cancel the project all together.[:' (]

Releasing Halo 3 alongside the PS3 could also be considered a form of suicide.

Let' s not forget just how popular the Playstation brand is and what gamers endured to get their hands on a PS2 early on. PS3 will more than likely be as successful IF not way more successful than its predecessor, I wouldn' t be at all surprised if Halo 3 sold less than anticipated because of such a move.

The game deserves its own release date.

Hmm very true. But I guess it may depend on how Xbox does on its first few months out also.

I' m not sure that is so different these days. If the launch lineup is as good as they are predicting it' s going to be tough M$ to not compete in the upcoming release of their new console. I' m going to guess that this time the console race will be a lot closer than the last. Of course we won' t know until after the release of the new consoles. I' m still dumbfounded that Xbox 2 is coming out in 2005.
