How to transfer PS2 games from PS2 HDD to my PC??

Hey! Did someone know how to transfer the PS2 games recorded in a HDD with the HD Loader to a common PC? Maybe by FTP, or maybe connecting the HDD directly on the PC and using some kind of software that enables the PC to recognize the HDD PS2 format?
