Does any one know how to set a forums page in a brand new web page?

hello if any one knows how to set a forums page in my website im working on please help me out! *does back flip*

You have to download and install forum software and it usually takes a bit of knowledge just to set it up. You can get the PHPBB software for free I believe. I have no idea WHERE you can get it though.
