It seems funny from the commercials, but is it worth seeing? Or should I see reloaded yet again

I saw it. It was fairly good. I enjoyed it more than matrix reloaded. I think bruce almighty is a bit better though in the comedy department.

I' d say rent it. It' s a good movie, but not worth the price of a theatre ticket. Your money would be much better spent on Hulk!
