Plus an addition to 1991
Eeek this character is a classic. Well to me it is. I made him up sooo long ago. It' s one of the oldest characters I stick with today. Not much has changed in fact his appearance has never been altered. I have updated his looks though by giving him a more refine and better looking style. Well the same style I use on all my drawings. Unfortunately I still did not give him a proper name. I call him Plus because he was an addition to my main character back in 1991. Hmm what else he also has 3 more alter ego characters that look almost like him and his shoes are supposed to resemble a hammer. Now that I have a new scanner I might make a timeline for him to show everybody how he has developed over the past years. More to come!
Click on it to enlarge it looks better that way!

A lot better than anything I could ever draw. I' m not much into the whole cutesy cartoon thing though. Think Lovecraft and you' ll know the kind of art I like.
In response to the following complaint I have decided to change my signature:

Is this vector artwork? IE: was this done in Illustrator, Freehand, or Flash?

Well it' s pretty good to me, especially since I have no idea how to use Freehand (even though I have it). Nice and clean. When drawing on paper I can do really well, but on the computer I fall short.

Oh in those very very old program called Adobe Photo Deluxe 2.0 it' s very old I also use Photoshop for some other stuff but for this all done in that old program. Problem is is that it doesnt use layers like Photoshop 7. So once I apply the temp layer and then switch to another tool or color it stays intact so I got to be carefull when I color. So here' s my step
Pencil
Ink
Scan
Retouch
Color
Resize
Show

Art can be a very tedious life indeed.
I quite enjoy the style, especially the coloring job.

Hey thanks Mass X. I do have other styles too but I love this kind. Man I hope to work in the Video game industry. I don' t want to do anything major I would like to design Book manuals and maybe do character art for handhelds. Also a little animation.
