Thanks! I really just did LOL Runner for the lulz, now I've been working on some serious games now. I've also been drooling at the Unreal Engine 3 Development Kit which has been released free to indie developers. I might have to do something with that.

What is the business model like for these Indie games? Is it just a way to get experience and recognition? Or does MS give the developers a percentage of the sticker price?

Yeah you get 70% which is really good. There's hundreds of games on there though, with several new ones coming out daily, and the majority sell less than a thousand copies. It isn't a get rich quick thing some people think it is, but it's great for getting some experience and just getting your game out there.
