The original Space Harrier will always be one of the top 5 greatest games of all time to me.

Super Contra or Super Mario Brothers 2(Technically number 3 in America, but I refuse to count that DokiDokiDori in Mario clothes as a Mario game)

Call of Duty 4 Define classic... :/ On PC: UFO/XCom Enemy Unknown, Syndicate, Flashback. Master System: Alex Kidd in Miracle World. NES: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. On Megadrive: Thunderforce 2/3/4, Streets of Rage 1/2. SNES: Starfox, Street Fighter 2 Turbo. I like favourite lists.

Oh geez. Way too many to mention. I play those games more than I play current games. I like games that are pick-up-and-play that don't require me to get involved in some insipid storyline that unravels throughout. That said, I'll list a few of my favs: -Space Harrier (Arcade, 32X, Saturn, Sega Master System) -Castle of Illusion (Genesis/MD) -Thunder Force 2-4 (Genesis/MD) -Shadow Dancer (Genesis/MD version only) -Shinobi (SMS version, Arcade) -F-Zero (SNES) -Super Castlevania IV (SNES) -Super Mario World (SNES) -Dracula X (PC Engine) -Legendary Axe 1 and 2 (PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16) -Phantasy Star 1 (Sega Master System) and 4 (Genesis/MD) -Super Mario Bros 2 (NES US version) -Blaster Master (NES) -Mega Man 2 (NES, all other Mega Man games can go to hell) Many, many many more.

I'm confused. Is Emo rich or poor. Its very important that I know this. Classic: I have no love for classics. I want the newest and greatest. I don't have time for old and busted. I really enjoyed battletoads though.

Castle of Illusion probably had to be my most fondest memory of the Genesis. Greatest Disney game I ever played.

Let's say I was born ten years ago. Which games will I be fondly listing on Kikizo's forum ten years from now?

10 years from now there's gonna be alot more older people dominating forums so it shouldn't be much of a problem, even now most forums are not kid friendly, 10 years ago most were full of kids.

Classic games: i'm going way back: Pac Man, Defender, Asteroids, Warlords (Atari 2600) Street Fighter 2 Turbo (Arcade/SNES) Mortal Kombat (Arcade)Ripping the heart of out your enemy was so satisfying to look at especially when you pulled it off. Doom (PC) Fuck awesome.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

rockdude69 Even CODuty 2 is better than that. COD2 is better than a lot of games, whats your point? Also, COD2 isn't exactly what you would consider classic, not yet anyway.

Street Fighter 2 Turbo for me. I remember being brilliant at SF2 Turbo, however my current standing on Street Fighter 4 suggests otherwise!

Edwin Fallout 2 is another one I forgot. Probably the best RPG I've ever played. You can get Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics, with the soundtracks included, for 14.99 as a special package deal. http://www.gog.com/en/page/fallout_promo/ They also have good prices on some older games.

Yeah I been shopping round GOG today. Picked up that fallout bundle and a few free point and click adventure games. Anyways one my fav classic games would have to be Super Mario Bros. 3. One of the few old games I can stand playing still.
