Fake with a capital EFF!
It won' t be vertical. The last I heard it was meant to look like a VCR or something similar, to fit in perfectly with your TV and other appliances. That thing looks too space age. I doubt Sony even have the final design settled on themselves yet.

Why would a Spanish website have this pic? I' m sure Sony is keeping a tight lip on everything and will unviel it before the mass media at a time of their choosing. It' ll be all over the internet then, not just on a Spanish website.

That picture has been floating around for about a year and a half. I don' t know if it' s even really a concept design. But basically, you can be 99% sure that that is not what the PS3 is going to look like.
When I first saw that picture I thought it looked cool, but now I don' t like it anymore.

I was reading an article in PSM the other day and saw that they may be considering not having backward compatibility with PS2 games.
Cool things they mentioned is that it will most likely have built in etherner and wireless controllers

Oh man, I really hope PSM is wrong about that... Backwards compatibility was one of the major reasons I bought a PS2, and why I want a PS3. It' s obviously not at the top of the list, but there is nothing better than having one system that can play the majority of my video game collection
