Define underage though

16+ seems okay in my eyes if your under 20, but in most states an 18year old and 16 year old is statutory rape.

I've always viewed age of consent as a personal thing.  Some people are more ridged than others, I understand it has to be put in law to prosecute pedophiles...I don't see 16 as a magic number as I don't believe there is one though.  There are 16 year old old's that are more experienced and mature than some 30 year old's.

Point is, I'm talking about sex slaves (forced prostitutes).  It doesn't matter what age they are, they're still being raped.  Some are 16-18, however if we're talking about child slaves the average age is 11.

If I caught a person harboring a child prostitution ring I wouldn't alert the authorities I'd make arrangements to have them murdered.  Some people don't deserve to live.

This is America, the land of gross generalizations. Also, I think it would pretty hard to put a number on something like that. Its not like someone whos prostituting or soliciting sex from child prostitutes is going to admit it. Its like when the RIAA makes claims about how much money they lost on downloads, a download doesnt actually always equal a buy.
