There will indeed be lots of Jokers, but will there be a lot of joker henchmen? The crew doing the bank heist. Or Joker's own henchmen gear.

I would imagine places like Walmart will be selling masks similar to them(off-brand of course) to target people who want something "original" from the Dark Knight.

At my closest Walmart, they usually have their cashiers dress up as something like a target/Kmart employee. It's really awkward if you forget what day it is.
