So what do you need to do to score a copy of Call of Duty: World at Warfrom Activision two months early? Simple. Just dominate a sportingevent on the global stage, bringing home a record-breaking 8 goldmedals from the Olympics, and that baby is yours. This is a video fromCBS's The Early Show, which shows U.S. Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps,otherwise known as The Seahorse, receiving a copy of the game for thePlayStation 3 at the end of the segment. Perhaps by the time the gamecomes out in November he'll actually have time to play it.

Now I'm pissed. Some bum who swims for a living, who already has infinite fame, now has the new COD two months early. Next he'll get the PS4 three years early. I don't think it would kill him to wait a couple more months like the rest of us.

Why? WHY? I spent 3 hours of my life to get the "Mile High Club" Achievement...I would've deserved CoD5 much more than Phelphs.

I wonder what that guy is planing on doing with all his gold medals.  If it was me i'd melt the fuckers and build a gold statue in my image.  I can't really swim though.

Why? I'm sure they'll give him one in the next month or so. I just think its wrong when half of America worships this guy. He fucking swims back and forth, it's really not that impressive when he doesn't do anything else.

I think he is a cool guy.  He isn't cocky or anything, he just focuses and does his races.  He doesn't act like he is any sort of celebrity or anything.

Huh, I figured they'd be working down to the wire.

He seems like a nice enough dude. He seems private, and it doesn't look like he likes cameras, so my respect for him instantly increases.

I personally think Phelps is an alright guy, he seems so at least. My only qualm is people calling him "the greatest Olympic athlete of all time. He did 1 type of sport, that makes him the greatest swimmer, not the greatest Olympic athlete.

Yeah I don't totally agree with the greatest Olympic Athlete.  All he did was swimming.  He is obviously the best swimmer ever, but I don't think you can flat out say best olympic athlete ever, he might be though.

Considering he has ADHD, he has done well for himself, I just hope he doesn't get Spam naded to often or some freak uses a glitch to move out of the map and kill him, his frustration could turn nasty.

You mean that ADHD influences his swimming or gaming?  If it's the former, I haven't seen many lose focus while swimming yet to the point where they started sinking :P Does ADHD actually affect less "brainy" activities? Just curious.
And the medals, he'll most likely treasure them at first. But might care less later on. We had some guy here who won lots of stuff back in the fifties etc. And when they visited him for an interview now they wanted to see his medals. It turned out that he had to start searching through some boxes on the attic. A few medals were lying in a cupboard too amongst pencils etc.
