September for 360 and " Sometime Later" PS3


GN: The most important question. Will Rock Band 1 DLC be playable in Rock Band 2?

Dan Teasdale: Yes. We' ve been developing Rock Band as a music platform from the start. All of the songs that you' ve purchased so far (and will be able to purchase in the future) are instantly playable and fully supported in Rock Band 2. We' ve even added some cool new features that let you play your DLC in different ways, which I think people will be very excited to get their hands on.

It' s a game, anybody who expects people to kiss their feet because they can play a fake guitar pisses me off.

Those are few and far in between though, and it' s a fun party diversion.

On this note though, there' s a rumor Rock Band will be getting AC/DC!

Thats good to hear. Not because I want to buy Rock Band, but so we don' t have to see Guitar Hero: AC/DC. Aerosmith came out last week(or maybe this week?) and I was amazed to see people bought the game. The fucking game has 40 songs on it. All but maybe 15 are Aerosmith. Who has the attention span to play every song Aerosmith ever played?

Dosent give me much faith for the sequal making it here anytime soon. I might get it for the 360.

Yeah it' s getting quite ridicilous(correctly spelled?)... The release date(in Denmark at least) for number one is the 28th of August... With number two coming around September, I don' t know.. I think there' s a chance they might cancel the release. EA dropped the ball on this one
