I am wondering if it is really NES graphics (as in programmed on a real NES dev kit) or just " NES-style" graphics.

Eww, that looks absolutely disgusting. At least give us Super Nintendo style graphics!

I expect it to have NES-style graphics, as far as pixels and color palettes go, but perhaps motion characteristics and size of sprites could be less limited, plus particle effects. It could be really cool. I definitely don' t expect them to emulate flicker!

Actually if they want the NES-style graphics to look authentic then they must emulate everything, including screen flicker and slowdown!
