Kikizo Bad Company Weekend

So some of us have talked about getting together over the weekend on Live for some Bad Company MP action. I have made this thread so that we can get together with times that we will all be on over this weekend. I will be the first to share with the class.

I will be on Friday and Saturday starting at around 10pm on both nights. Right now I am CST (Central Standard Time).

I' ll play this weekend, but only because I can complain while playing. I' ll also be playing next Tuesday. On the other hand I may decide to head over to Parliament for the festivities.

I work tonight, Saturday and Sunday, so I can' t say what my schedule will be like exactly. However, I' ll be on in the mornings & early afternoon every day this weekend, and if I get a chance, will be on after I get off work, usually I' m on by ten EST.

and on a side note, I got the gold edition becuase it was the only option the 360 had [in the store i went too and I didnbt haven enough time to go looking for others], I like the case... none of that gaudy green all over it but ffs I am always buying the more expenisve version! ps3 version was 55! edit: I don' t think the servers are down now, try logging in and out of your GT if you can' t find a match. Worked just fine for me when I did that.

I got it today and as expected the mp is amazing . The Oasis map is perhaps the least enjoyable . I am loving the other maps ..

I' ve been playing with some EA guys on the PS3 and haven' t experienced the fuck awful lag that plagued the 360 demo. My 360 version hasn' t arrived yet so i' m stuck with the PS3 version for the time being. I could just buy it i guess...

Then you can get five weapons for " free" if you buy the gold edition, but at least these are obtainable otherwise. So essentially the gold edition gives you five credits. The thing that pisses me off is that the weapons in the Findallfive abomination, you can only obtain these weapons by bending over and taking it up the ass for EA' s big marketting dick.

I picked one of these up off of a fallen enemy last night, and boy what a difference it makes. Is this a weapon that can eventually be unlocked in the game?

I thought the only way to get the " FindAllFive" weapons where to do what was required... I thought the only weapons that get unlocked at level 25 where the ones that comes with Gold Edition... No, the guns you get straight away in the Gold Edition are unlocked at level 25 if you have the standard copy. The Find All Five guns are going to be free DLC at a later date, but available for those immediately if you took part in the " promotion" .

The Find All Five thing is bollocks. The website hasn' t been improved since the Skate fiasco. No forward planning, no streamlining, just a broken service and some stupid unlock codes. If it were up to me then some heads would roll.

Fuck. That' s what I thought. A later date can mean 6 to 12 months, in other words long after I put the game away.

I could see them lined up with the new gametype. There would be no point in withholding the weapons any longer than that. It' s not like the game will be getting back-ordered pre-orders a month later.
