oh my god. I got metal gear solid 4 today. This game is amazing. Best graphics ever. I am scare to play it . I haven' t get to far I am at the beginning. I just pause the game to tell you guys. Before you start a new in MGS 4 game make sure you see briefing.

Spoiler free.. So yeah after playing this game after a couple of hours. I say this has to be best metal gear solid game ever. This game has some serious humour.
What has impress me the most so far has to be after the first cutscene with meryl.
Just from watching the briefing video you could tell that this will be an epic game from start to finish. If mgs 4 is not game of the year I will cut my penis. lol

got the game today.. odd how some of them come in cardboard sleeve' s and other not. I got the one with the cardboard, unless the other stores i visted didnt bother displaying the cardboard.

Anyway This game is GLORIOUS, I just love everything about it... and how many cigs did snake smoke?? in between the install screen to cutscenes that guy is going to die of lung cancer in 3 weeks, nevermind 6 months...

The graphics are beautiful, playing on the hdtv makes it look so great, you forget about these things though when you are playing.

I wish i could sign into psn right now and see how many are playing it... and MGO, thats looks great.

Damn I left my PS3 on all night long. I thought I turn it off after playing MGS 4.
I had to turn it off to let it cool down. Atleast for an hour. Waiting an hour to play MGS 4 will make me go insane!

So how far you all? I have put in about 6 hours [i have a total of 8 but i left the ps3 on for 2 hours paused lol], I' m on act two at the Laughing Octo girl Fight in the house

MGS 4 is even harder than the previous MGS games. Is so easy to get spoted this time.

This game rocks hands down. I' m on act 2 I keep getting killed while helping out my rebel friends. But man I sure am enjoying my self I' ll try the stealth style later.

My difficult setting is on Big Boss Hard.

Ive been playing since 1:30am This game is sick Its like a movie of some sort. I haven' t had this much fun in a long time.

I am playing on Solid Normal I believe, the one that is one notch down from Big Boss Hard. After I am done getting used to the game, I am tackling the bull in both, Big Boss Hard and the Boss!

You people are crazy. You shouldn' t be playing in hard difficulty. This game is kind of hard. For those of you who played MGS 3. If you thought the fight with the end was hard and long. Wait till you face this boss later in the game. This fight can go on even for more than an hour. and since some of you are playing on big boss hard I doubt you will beat this boss. I just stop playing right now at 12:15 am. My hands hurt so much from playing this game for more than 15 hours. I don' t know but I think I am close to beating this game. I just need to finish one more act. I really don' t want to beat it so soon.

Holy fuck wow. I' m just up to the part where you reach the Mk. II and I' m loving this game. The auto camo is freaking flawless! So glad they fixed that after the tragedy of a camo system in MGS3.

5 Chapters - 15hrs (if you' ve played a Metal Gear game before)

Well thats what happens when you play 15 hours straight! i have barely started, it starts sorta sudden i think, those Mechs running around.

Seriously, fixing the camo system and giving a fully controllable camera makes this game so much more fun and user friendly. It gives it a more, almost Splinter Cell like feel which is excellent in my opinion. I' m still very early into the game, not too far after getting the Mk. II, but it' s great thus far.

I haven' t had much time to play. I' m only at the part where you pick up MK II. I' ll play more tonight. So far it' s pretty sweet, needless to say the production values are stratospheric.

Once I invert the controls and turn off the auto aim, I should have an easier time with it.

Yeah someone just told me what to do on gamespot forum. If I din' t have internet I would have never guess how to kill vamp.

I just got to the aquaducts in Chapter 3. This is by far the best game I have ever played.

I just finish the game right now. Don' t worry I won' t give any spoiler. I just want to say that this is greatest game I have ever play and the most complex story I have ever seen. I was half confuse all the time in alot of the cutscene. This game is very sad too. I almost cry but I din' t. Watching snake struggle to survive throughout the game almost made me cry. Especially when the game is almost reaching the end. I have to say that the graphics are amazing. The characters look like CG. Even though I say this is the greatest game I have ever play. Shenmue is still my favorite game for personal reasons. So yeah I think kojima should remake the old metal gear games that came out on the nes. I was really satisfy with the ending. If only other game developers would put more effort on their game endings like kojima does. Expect a big surprise on the very ending of the game.

I just want to say for those who are playing big boss difficulty. Wait till you be llike in half of act 4 and beyond. The game gets really hard. You might have some regrets when you reach that part and keep dying constantly. You also might end up restarting a new game on a easier difficulty.

Don' t tell me you already finish the game. And you were playing it on solid normal too. I was struggling thorughout the game on naked normal you know. You must be good at games. and where did you find all the time to finish it? Don' t you work at gamestop? So yeah I' m going to try to play it now on big boss hard. I doubt I will get far in the game. I like act 3 alot. I found the game short.
