I can vouch for Logitech - I have the Z5500s. Has optical, coax and 3.5mm jack analog connections, and its hooked up to my 360 and my PC.

Don' t waste your money. You can get decent surround for like $500 if you shop around. Save it and buy something decent. ONKYO is the best bang for the buck for surround systems IMO. Though their stuff runs way too hot and the recievers are massive. I had an onkyo 7.1 system that cost like $500 and it sounds almost as good as my Pioneer system which was $1800, but I had to get rid of it cause it is waaaaaaay too hot, whatever room you put that in it will raise the room temperature 10 degrees. The pioneer is slimmer, not hot, and sounds better, it probably sounds 30% better but costs 3 times more, so like I said onkyo is good bang for the buck.
