Well... the PS3 version at least. Xbox users get theirs right on time. The PS3 port is suffering from framerate issues.

That sucks. I' m looking forward to this game. I' m not sure if it will be a day one purchase but I' ll be picking it up for the 360 anyway even though I should have a PS3 by then.
