IGN Confirms (The Pulls) Pandemic' s New Batman Game

Last night, eagle-eyed members of NeoGAF spotted a story on IGN about developer Pandemic working on a new Batman game, moments before the story was then pulled. We' re betting they got an exclusive and let it slip a bit too early, but that' s just a guess. If you' ll remember, this partnership of Bat and studio was rumored all the way back in May.
IGN didn' t have details on the game but we' re inclined to agree with their assumption that it' s a Dark Knight tie-in that will drop alongside the movie in July. As for the choice Pandemic, best known for Destroy All Humans and Mercenaries, we' re amiable enough. They' re at least qualified to hurdle over the bar set by previous devs, so low as to be in danger of being melted by the Earth' s molten core.

Destroy All Humans is so so Mercenaries was a blast. Both were open world games. Mercenaries 2 was pushed back to 09 so I' m sure this game was the reason which sounds ot me like it will have to be a rush job forced onto them by EA who made the last Batman game which was very very meh from what I remember.
thats just my random blab on the subject so I dunno. Its just a movie tie in so I could care less at this point.
