OT: CD' s you would recommend people listen to. - Apr 22, 2003 01:20
Right now I' m heavily into this group called Evanescene. If you haven' t heard of them, they did the song " Bring Me To Life" off the Daredevil soundtrack. The CD itself has a much wider range than of variety than I expected and there' s some really good work on it. I' d suggest you check them out if you get the chance. Also, Linkin' Park' s new CD is pretty good as well.

Infected mushroom:

(4)The gathering(their first CD. Very dark)
(3)Classical Mushroom(their second cd. Considered the best cd out of all their cds by most)
(1)B.P.Empire(their 3rd cd. My favorite cd. It' s so amazing. All 9 tracks are good)
(2)Converting Vegetarians(Their newest cd released last month. Pretty good, but I prefer B.P. a bit more. This is a double disc, btw)

They have released four cds, and other tracks on various cds. All of the cds are really good. You should check them out Lotusson. If you looking for a change in your music taste and looking for good music, then I encourage you to give them a chance.

ANyways, here' s my others:

Astral Projection:

-Dancing Galaxy(It has been said this is the number one selling trance album released by any artist. After listening to it, I can see why so many people have purchased it)
-In the MIX(Some of A.P' s best stuff on a double disc)

Dark Soho:
Sunspot
Combustion

Logic Bomb:
Unlimited

Mumbo Jumbo:
Speaking in Tounges(very funky)

Pulsar Bleu(all can be downloaded from mp3.com):
1999
Jupiter Project
2002

Solar Fields:
Blue Moon Stations(so very ambient, and beautiful, it' s not even funny)

GMS:
GMS vs. SYSTEMBUSTERS(this is a pretty good cd)
No rules(it' s good, but I' v heard much better)

Silicon Sound:
Nexus(I think that' s the name of the cd, but it' s good)

if you like JSRF dj style music, then check this guy out:

Mad Skippers:
Joujouka - Re-Sei(recorded live from a concert in japan. I personally didn' t like the samples I' ve heard from it, but if you like this type of music, by all means)

GoldFrapp:
Felt Mountain(Most people who listen to this like it, so you may like it too)
Black cherry(pretty good. I' ve got the mp3' s. I may not buy it due because I' m broke)

Also check out these last artists:

Trance[]control(all music at mp3.com. Very energetic music)
Aura: the souce of trance(Uplifting melodic trance, with a cultural beat to it. Also all can be downloaded frommp3.com)
Hitomi Yaida(i don' t really listen to jpop, and I don' t speak japanese, but her candized cd was pretty good.[I know, I sound like a dick])

I could keep going, but I better stop since you may not listen to any of it. But please lotusson, have an open mind, give the music a chance.

Well, those are my recommends.
