I need help I saw it in the previews before Resident Evil 2 started and it looked like a remake of the Excorsist where this girl was crawling down stairs and all this freaking stuff was happening. I don' t know what that movie is called

It' s actually a series from Japan or something. The original director Takashi or something has made an updated version several times. Sam Raimi absolutely loved the movie and asked the director if he would make one for the american audiences. You might be able to find some DVD' s of the originals but they might be Japan only or whatever.
