Bourne Conspiracy - Not based on a movie

" It is a movie."

The new G4TV video giving us a glimpse at the new Bourne game.

It' s an altogether decent looking game, more so than I expected, but I don' t think it' s going to cut it. The combat system looks like an unholy amalgam of Uncharted' s baby brother, and True Crime: Streets of LA, and the proposed environmental interaction looks like nothing more than a few strategically placed sparks. Oh, and their " dynamic" camera system is incredibly distracting as well.

Morgan Webb is now blonde? Wow, I really haven' t watched X-Play in a long time.

It does look decent. The combat does look a little bit like Uncharted' s, but hey if they pull it off well. Is not like Uncharted, fantastic as it is, did anything original in terms of gameplay mechanics, so if another developer emulates them, they can' t complain. Though the hand to hand combat does seem to offer more than Uncharted' s and I thought the concept sounds cool. It' s the implementation and that shifting camera thing that can either make it or break it though.

I stopped watching after Spike bought them.

They do show those two shows more than video game related shows. Well, they did have STTNG going for them though.
