What Costume Do You Plan To Wear This Halloween?
-
Sep 13, 2004 00:33
With Halloween just a little over a month and a half away, have you decided what your going to dress up as for your big party, the office, or for just handing out candy? I haven' t picked my costume yet, but I am leaning towards the following: 1) Master Chief - If I can find enogh items to get the look just right. 2) Zombie - Something like from ' The Mummy' movie. Or, as a last resort... 3) A vampire.

I missed out on it last year (and the year before) because of work. This year I' m hoping for a bit of a party somewhere. Anyway, I' ve been playing too much Ninja Gaiden recently and currently have a thing for swords and a mask. I' ll be the ultimate Ninja. Just you watch me. I' m thinking of going one step further though. Name me one thing as cool as, or cooler than a Ninja? Anything? Nothing? I' ll tell you... A Pirate. This is where it gets clever (in my head at least). Whats cooler than a Ninja and a Pirate? A Ninja-Pirate!* Mwuhaha. Half Ninja, half Pirate 200% the coolness. * No, my name is not ' Chris' by the way, weeble and bob fans.

That hockey horror gy. The one with a hockey mask and bladed hockey stick. Too bad they wont let me bring the stick to school thou ... Mind you my stick does not have actuall steel blades in it for saftey reasons. But they still say its a daingerouns weapon and it might terrorise someone (like the constume wont be enough). Then theyre gonna expell you and send you to Juvy if things come to worst. BTW: Did you gys know, theres a Silicone valley student doing 10 years in juvy right now for bringing nail clippers? Sometimes I just ask myself " Whats wrong here?" For the rest of the costume I have a hockey mask, inline blades and about 32 torn up pads to tie all around my body. Plus some neatoa athletic stuff Ive obtained over the last two years of Cross Country and Track. Yes I do still enjoy dressing out and trick or treating , because u get FREE CANDIES !!

Starman Anthony: I need to direct you to a friend of mine...he' s obsessed with that game too. I remember when he was playing the first one that was all he could talk about. The game was scary but I think the main reason was the whole point and click scheme. You had to pray that you would get it right from the get go or you were dead.

He rarely gets on the net anymore but the next time I see him (we go to different colleges so it' s every weekend or so) I' ll tell him to stop by here. Although I can' t make no promises...he seems to think that when you are in college you have to stop participating in other stuff but the extra curricular stuff is the only positive of college for me.lol. Anyways...I' ll let him know.

hehe...I think last October is the last time I' m going trick-or-treating on Halloween. Plus, most of you guys here are in the 20' s (except V. Garbutt ) and are probably thinking you' re too old to wander the street anymore. I' m 16 and think I am old...so...anyways, if something strange happens and I DO go, then I' d pick a Kerry suit.
Games I want: Starcraft: Ghost (went to gamestop and saw it on the shelf labeled " coming soon, reserve your copy today" Halo 2

The party theme this year is " pirates" , so I am going to be a pirate wench or a saucy she-captain, depending on what i can find for a costume. And who ever posted way up at the top that they are too old for Hallowe' en is a blasphemer, you are never too old for Hallowe' en.

Joe, You mean that you are not going to go out as the joker from the batman series? You' d be perfect, ' cause you sure put the jokes out in these forums! If not the joker, you might make a good cross-dresser! LOL!!!

I' m toying around with the idea of actually going trick or treating this year. I miss the candy to be honest. Who' s going to know that that the 6 ft 3 in. monster in a sweat suit is actually an 18 year old college student...a few...but I' ll get some candy anyway.

I do attend a costume party annually now. And every year I come up with the bloodiest thing I can imagine just so I can make gallons of fake blood.

I have designed a pirate costume and my girlfriend put it all together. A lot of time was spent looking for authentic looking material. My favorite part was the hook hand. It was a very rusty and blood stained hook, along with an infected veiny and puss drenched wrist. I figure pirates dont have a big medical history so it seems right to make that look unhealthy. That was last year. Im still drawing ideas for this year.

Hey, dabears!!! Welcome to the forums... Also, how did you get that picture to post? There are many of us that are having trouble getting pictures to post, and we would like to hear from someone that has successfully embedded a picture in their post. Would you honor us with your genius?

Would you honor us with your genius? sure i will tell all how i posted this picture, 1. i did not use this web site to upload the picture because i know of a web site that will host any type of pict that is up to 1MB in size for free and there are many web sites that i have herd of that will do the same you just have to find the sites. and that is it ORIGINAL:NukeouT HOnor me with the genius of where you got that neato one, eh? Now that was awesome... well i got that picture after some diging around the nightmare arrmor web site and found it but originally it was a horrizontal picture but i took it to photo shop and turned it 90 degrees to what it is now yes the people did make the MC suit but we will not be geting one real soon because it cost $3,500 for one, and yes the same people that made the MC suit did make the darkeyes for the movie " Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within"

ya it is the real thing and the people who made the suits have been in a number of placs like E3 and a few other conventions that involved halo 2 and i am sure you could see them walking around in the MC suits, from the movies that were made, from all of the E3 coverage on the internet. and when i first saw the MC suit i so wanted one, but when i saw the $$ i realized i would not be getting one
