It feels odd that I' ll never be able to play the game of the year for most people and will just read about it. For some reason I dont think I' ll ever get round to buying a Wii. I dunno I guess I still hate the name or something! N5 Revolution ftw.

I liked Mario Galaxy, hell I bought a Wii pretty much solely for it after the promises of " a true mario 64 succesor" and while it is in many ways, it is not as good IMO. My biggest complaint being how easy the majority of the game is. It' s a great game, but not GOTY.

If I had to choose between those three listed above, I' d say Portal, while all too short, is clearly the most innovative and next-gen game. Other people might have different criteria for a game of the year, but that would be mine.

I guess Mario Galaxy is winning cause it managed to do what Mario 64 did in 1996, show that platformer are alive. Besides, who can resist Mario' s charms anyway? But I haven' t played Galaxy yet, so I don' t have an opinion on it. It looks like hella a fun though. My game of the year is Uncharted though. I haven' t had that much fun with a game since the last MGS and NG.

GOTY= COD4/Mass Effect. Take into consideration that I haven' t played Uncharted yet, but I have my doubts that it can touch COD4.

It' s nice to see we' re all acting like grown-ups here... Normally one would get bored with conversations as the one above at the age of 16 but it' s great that you can somehow still find amusement in such... crap.

At least he doesn' t have some sort of midget fetish. It' s all the same in the dark my friend. It' s nice to see we' re all acting like grown-ups here... Normally one would get bored with conversations as the one above at the age of 16 but it' s great that you can somehow still find amusement in such... crap. What are you on about Ginj? Half the people here aren' t grown-ups, and quite a few of the ones that are haven' t realized it yet. Alright though.... for you. Kotaku: Super Mario Galaxy Not-Quite GoTY:Uncharted: Drake' s Fortune If we' re going to continue making jokes about orientation, and the maturity of our sex organs, please post something constructive along with it. Thanks!
