WipeOut PSP
-
Dec 02, 2007 19:38
I' ve just pre-ordered WipeOut Pulse for PSP since the Kikizo review said it was good and I' m downloading the PSOne game Wipeout to my PSP via PlaystationStore right now. I get the PSOne version for free since I' ve had an account for a while. I never played the first PSP game but I' ve heard it was good so this should be fun, right? Anyway, lots of fun on the PSP for all you Wipeout-fans right now.

It' s ok, I' ve never liked the style of the series much. It' s life fzero combined with mario kart, just weird.

I' d say if you dont like wipeout for psone when you download it, Cancel your preorder. Im a fan of the series and i like them, But they tend to play a bit weird and it turns off alot of new people.

The original was good - in 95 The sequel, WipEout 2097 (or XL outside Europe) is still the best game in the series. Pure comes close and Pulse looks like it could be even better, but WipEouts 3 and Fusions weren' t very good. Personally i love the games, ...but they' re not for everybody.

I have never played this series, but is this the one with the ragdoll olympics? I always get this and burnout(i believe) confused, I think burnout is the one with the mode that allows you to cause a pile-up. Other then that I think racing games prolly do well on the psp and I hope you enjoy.

Torr must be thinking of FlatOut. You see, after the success of Outrun, marketing experts figured that one of the keys to a top-selling racing game is including the word " out" in the title.

Too many games with out in them! No wonder I got confused. Thanks Zoy.

F-Zero GX is THE best racing game. It doesn' t matter if you compare it to games like Mario Kart, Burnout and Outrun or with games like Gran Turismo, Forza and PGR. It' s still THE best racer EVER. But Wipeout can still be awesome.
